Maybe the two of you are saying the same thing as me. But... have either of you read Lance Bronfman's critique two days ago of Curaleaf on Seeking Alpha?

Lance also updated the report by copying the entire Offering. It doesn't appear that he was pissed
about it. In fact, just the opposite.
