Sorry but the, “It’s gonna be better next quarter, I swear!” has happened too many times to be believed anymore. What you’re saying about the platform wasn’t really ready has been said how many times in the past two years? 2019 was going to be the breakout year, then when it didn’t happen because, well, Verb needed to do more tweaking it was 2020 that things would really come together. Didn’t happen. But now that the platform is really ready now, 2021 is gonna be it, just wait and see...

Don’t know what happened there.

Maybe there will be growth evidenced in Q4, we’ll see. There seems to be some market expectation of it this time, unlike the others.
