I called the TA on 09/14/2015 (the TA was transparent then) and someone else here also confirmed the Same SS numbers (check out the historic posts for the details back to September of 2015)!
Now the TA is Gagged for the SS! So the OS should be at least over 1.7B shares based on the past diluting pace and 2B shares AS! The current OS could be very close to 2B shares now!
Anyway huge dumping at 0.0003 today which means today's and yesterday's 0.0005 ~ 0.0004 emotional buyers are at huge ~ large losses now!
Buying FRCN at 0.0005 = buying its peer RCMH at 0.0010!
Buying FRCN at 0.0004 = buying its peer RCMH at 0.0008!
Buying FRCN at 0.0003 = buying its peer RCMH at 0.0006 which is still 20%-Higher than its current 52-week-high 0.0005!
