He said 8k will be released with Acquisition. Then said correction 10k will come with acquisition. But the rest will have come at a later date. That was 3 fkn months agoYou investors do know you can email or call SEC when the last time this company was in contact with them. Plus SEC filings have nothing to do with Acquisition. They are filling in blanks. That's what's taking so long.
