Ask your doctor if he will give you blood tests for those mega doses of vitamin D

I have 2000 iu D3 but haven't taken them. Nor the 50 mg Zinc. I'm in a bubble and always mask. Ppl around me have gotten it (2) but I am keeping up with my best practices. I have had a headache for a couple months, started about the time I loaded up here, J/K. Ecomike's info makes sense, with respect to no one ever OD'd on D3, just not 100% on what's best for me. I will figure it out eventually. Like you, not getting medical advice from an ihub board. Haha. Not much here has come to fruition. Lots of chatter though. I would take bucillamine if it was available, if I contracted the virus. Gonna read up on saturating my body with D3, and Zinc and how it compares to C, witch has always been fine to load up on. GLTA. MF will get it done. He is working on his time line not ours which is completely understandable. Locked and loaded.

UK

I had low Vitamin D prior to Covid.
Vitamin D was 20 on a Scale from 30-100

6 months of taking 11,000 IUs of D3 has brought my level up to 70 (December 1st).

Most people tend to not to absorb pills 100%.

My non-medical background advice & comments.
Load up on Vitamin D in the winter months with low sunlight.
It’s hard to get any “negative” side effects from too much Vitamin D.
But you should have blood draws to confirm your personal levels.

For the record, if RVVTF goes to $20, my vitamin D will be overflowing in the Bahamas.
My bones won’t break laying in a hammock all day.

PSSSSSSSSS......Gator - Great Post my man! The Sparkling water is on you tonight!
