my primary care physician put me on 5000 IU Vit D3 and B12 three months ago. when last saw her she almost said I should up to 10000 IU a day, but didn't. I noticed and have - 5 days a week the other 2 are vit B12 days.
Not sure if I should expect any external changes - I also have cut back alcohol and related late night snacks - may be 1/2 nights a week not 7+.
Feeling much better (and lighter) but can't say whether Vit D3 helped.
hearing ecomikes logic I am happy I have been on this regime in case I do come across the nasty Covid before I get my vaccine
