MMEX-scam has no access to legit capital - it can't purchase/acquire anything. It's a broke, debt-stuffed shell - a scam.

The pumpers/scammers/grifters never give up, and under the P.T. Barnum theory, there's a sucker born every minute, someone more gullible and free of fact than they themselves are. Magical thinking doesn't change what MMEX-scam is - a share-selling scheme - not even a good one.
