MMEX is planning ahead and working with a set plan but at the same time willing to modify that plan as circumstances change. As of just three weeks ago we saw the plan working with GS Capital and the $80,000 investment. At the time it seemed like a surprise but it was part of a plan released on August 12 2019. Also at that time MMEX explained what the purpose of a cash infusion was for. MMEX also made changes that would facilitate working with other investors as needed while working to stay on plan.
