Yep reading the full POR would explain to most investors why the PPS is still so low,it would also show them why it will never get to the predictions being floated..

PAUL is not soaking up shares..Complete and utter nonsense..PAUL is at the bottom of the bid for as long as i can remember,PAUL is near the top of the ask for the same amount of time..PAUL was hiding shares as he was getting hit just a lil while ago,fake 50k block with way more going off of him..Is PAUL buying his own shares?
