SEC didn't lift a finger to help foolish MAXD shareholders who bought MAXD above a penny while the CFO Greg Halpern & CEO John Blaisure were shoveling millions of $ of investors' cash into their pockets.

So ya, don't count on the SEC to protect your money if you won't do it for yourself.

I swear to god that the SEC helps out all the crooked market makers...I didn’t see one move by the SEC in the year 2020 that helped out investors. But I saw dozens of moves by the SEC that hurt investors and helped out the illegal naked short sellers
