Bouf, you practice law, and are certainly more qualified to render a professional opinion than I am able. Hatch-Waxman and the statutes judges are bound to may make for duscisions, for which I believe you claim, to be nipped in the bud at the Congressional level. Flawed law, and the statutes used to follow/support it, are the culprit. I certainly can understand this philosophically.

Yet, to this day, I am still bewildered how this judge, in large part, supported her reasoning concerning the effectiveness of a drug in a stratified, distinct patient population based upon the conjecture (not confirmed fact) that ONE subject may have fit the defined parameters. To me, that's lunacy, and not open to interpretation. =:)
