Very funny. Reg SHO is for failure to delivers resulting in naked shorts. I'm not a broker and my broker won't let me naked short any shares. I doubt yours will either. Your broker will need to locate shares to borrow before you can short anything--you're not going to be able to affect the threshold list unless you're a broker.

You originally called me stupid or a liar because I said it wasn't possible for me to short USSE. You've pretty much gone over the spectrum and now you're citing Reg SHO to me, implying that somehow I should be able to short shares because they were on the SHO list.

As I said, if you or anyone else can tell me specifically how I, as a non-broker regular investor, can short shares of USSE, I will happily do it and you can laugh at me if the stock price takes off.

I'm serious, if it is possible I would very much like to know. Right now you're putting out information indicating that it's easily possible to short USSE but that's not the case. If you have a reason for believing that USSE can be shorted by regular investors, please post a link or something to back it up.
