Why 9,600 Staff is planned?

We are currently carrying $10.80 Billion Book of Business and we are heading towards $17.78 to $26.4 Billion for 2021. We worked very hard to hit these numbers facing excruciating challenges over the last 4 years burning whatever cash was possible for us .... but some of these assets are now nearing transaction closures in the next 3-6 months, with one or two closing anytime soon.

We have all potential to become $100 plus Billion asset holding company.
Numbers matter very deeply henceforth...and hence the staff planning...

(f) unsponsored ADRs for non-us listed companies

Our affiliate firm SIRI Global Asset Management Corporation (I am the sole Advisor) holds 27,635 clients with $1.80+ billion plus in tax advisory assets and we plan massively increasing these numbers now as it helps and cushions us serve the assets we are eying to acquire and hold our interests in. Appointing 3,600 advisors will help us safely build 72,000 new SDIRA & SD401K customers yearly four-folding our strength to acquire new assets placing part of this money as the 25% anchor strength.
