What you are missing is that our former CFO, Tony Chung, was promoted to the board. I think we can be sure he still makes a similar outrageous salary and is required to do even less; actually Hong Kong Liquidmetal wants our board to do nothing and keep their mouth shut.
From the shareholder perspective, we are spending the same amount of money and have a person of responsibility taken away, Prima facie gaslighting.
Hopefully some random company that wants to get listed will buy the LQMT shell and save us all from this misery.
