Even if this weren't an attack, it is a ridiculous comment. No semi-anonymous poster on a public message board is responsible for anyone losing money in a company. The COMPANY is responsible first and foremost IF they lied or deceived. But, after that, the investor is responsible for their own decisions.
I've read every BBB post on this site and I never even spent one second thinking about investing because of anything he said - despite how well he said it. Therefore, he is responsible only to himself - that is unless he broke any laws - which I find beyond incredibly unlikely.
