SEC told me they will be held accountable. I can just hear them laughing at us shareholders all the way to the Swiss bank.

You really think that 1)they give a crap about some rinky dink 6 million dollar company when Steve Jobs is on the hook? and 2)they would tell you anything else besides, "yes they will be brought to justice", and 3)that that will take anything other than several years to come to fruition and probably be plea bargained after 4-6 years of delays and whatnot, and 4)that evennif it did prosecute you would EVER see any money back out of it????

Andy, I'm sorry but your money's gone. Maybe BBB will help you out. He's got a lot of responsibility in this whole thing.....
