Lugee knows WHATS COMING. If he exercises the 10mm options(7 cents), when the stock is 8c, 10c, 20c or $2.00 I don't think it matters to him much in the short term. His stated goal is to get Lqmt listed on the Nasdaq, and he isn't planning on selling anytime soon.
He would just be adding 10mm to his 410mm pile.
