Sorry bud. You are the one who needs to pay attention. The electro-chemical reactions will be limited to the EC cell. Reactions beyond that will be limited to the ionization potential of the unreacted products. Since this is not deionized water those reactions will devolve to zero potential almost immediately. The anode material is the only metal that MAY become dissolved.
