Thanks stervc - I get all that info. What I do not see is an 8-K that defines a relationship between PMPG and any of the entities discussed here.

There isn't anything concrete on PMPG's OTC pages.

There's an Oct 7 news release stating the filings are getting current (about damn time...lol).

Then they announced yesterday they completed due diligence on a JV project with Smart Turtle. That's due diligence. The only LOI I see is between Smart Turtle and Ennis.
