Those of us who have been watching this movie for over a week understand the company and the CEO. We know the character, we know the plot, and we know the entire script. We know the 8-K literally means nothing, as without filings, there will be no buy back and no dividend.

We also understand that without filings, this could move to the Expert or Grey market as soon as tomorrow.
