Not to throw water on this but the words "has entered into negotiations with" again is not concrete. They would be better off saying that RMD closed financing with a New York investment firm in the amount of "x". Negotiations can go anywhere and for a long time.......
Not trying to be negative but since stock was dumped on us and we where told that wouldn't happen, what are you suppose to believe at this point.
If an investment firm is involved it just means that they will have a bigger dept in the future. Hopefully it helps them to promote and move product so the debt can be paid off. Also I wonder how this affects them being profitable in 007?
