I have better recipes in my head but I just don't have a 600 degree slate oven to make you see how the magic works.
I worked in there and ate it so much that I really could take or leave it anymore. When I went to New York I had a chip on my shoulder but I'll admit that shit is pretty good too, just not our stuffed pies.
How's your italian beef? polish sausage? breaded steak?
