Maybe it did. I don’t recall. But i think SHMP was sub-penny back then... and there were less than 100M shares outstanding, IIRC.

I SHMP fails to be accepted in the NASDAQ 60 million shares at .10 will hit the market in March 2021.

If shmp is accepted by the NASDAQ a RS will be required to meet the minimum price.
