Now, i personally am convinced that kiwa will not only survive but thrive. Again my concern is how will the common shareholders do after the restructuring? As okavango (spelling?) pointed out, the company(global) offering the lifeline will be asking for concessions and IMO don't give a hoot about any previous investors (us)
our CEO (whom i think Sherzman described as an honorable man) may want to do us right but he may have his hands tied
