The 8-K says extensions of both the Buyback of Shares and the Record Date of American Pacific Resources, Inc. (“APR”) special stock dividend is now June 30, 2021.
To me this means if Phil does current filing as mentioned in the tweet sometime in January that gives Phil at approx 5 months to buyback shares which sounds very reasonable plus the dividend happening. To me they are getting all his ducks in a row with filing, while getting the deals finalized,then buyback,and the dividend. If filing is done in January this sounds all possible. I think they'll do it even with past delays. Throw Covid into the past as well. It's definitely caused some delays this year.
