OK, Qarel,
I agree with what you are pointing out on my Point # 1 in the previous message:
. . .Lichello Method leans towards cashing-out rather than. . .
In this I just mean to suggest that I thought Lichellos's Method had some more tendency to cashing-out profits than I thought it did, from previous information. I was just a little surprised that the TWROI ended up negative.
In afterthought, considering a long run in which there is a slight excess of profit-reaping relative to profit re-investing, it is easy to see that eventually the TWROI becomes negative.
With the Vortex method it is easy to adjust the Buy/Sell ratio just the other way around, and then the TWROI will remain positive with the given price cycling.
This name TWROI does not roll easily from the tongue. I got to figure out a better name!
ROAI ? No!
AIY ? No!
ROITBI ? No!
ROIAR ? No!
POWER ? :-)
Portfolio Optimization With Exterminated Risk ? No! This sounds phony, and pretentious. Any way, I had reserved POWER for some other Vortex variant:
Portfolio Optimization With Equity Rotation
:-)
Regards,
