Yes, the really big Trump breaks were business tax and free repatriation and significantly lower LT cap gains rates for individuals. That is the only big change that would likely push somebody into dumping 2-3 million shares today. Again, it could also be taking a short term loss if somebody initiated a large nwbo buy when the stock was near the top of the last run.
