If this company was a private company would you still say it has survived?

Started in 2009
Stopped doing any business related activity in 2013.
Sold land, Selling last piece of property.
90 million dollars in losses.
No revenue. Never a consummated deal.
Never profitable.
Founder charged and fined/banned for 5 years.
Zero employees remain.

That's surviving?

My theory is that Bordynuik dumped all his shares at 100X THE CURRENT PRICE because he knew this was a scam.

After all, he was the "inventor".
