The delays are finally coming to an end hence the volume. Wait for Henry to announce this next deal and trips will be gone and never seen again.
This deal is to be bigger than the last. Financials are finally getting wrapped up. Had a conversation with Henry and the books are worked on and will be reviewed by the gaap auditor soon.
Once financials release I would be surprised if we don’t see pennies. I think Henry wants this low to buyback shares cheap.
Guess he will have to pay. A growing number of investors are concerned he will RS to get share count down. Henry said he has no intention of RS even if pps continues to climb and will work out the shares structor via buyback. We know he has a deal to buyback shares from note holders so I think that is why he doesn’t care. There are less than 4 billion shares in retails hands. This means a squeeze is coming.
