SHMP needs to start acknowledging those Class A shares in their financials. They are not executing the “fully diluted” obligations to their shareholders. This was kindly pointed out to the SEC, they’re sure to get around to it eventually.

The shrimpies don’t get that 50% theft in favor of Easterlied that is coming.

Why doesn’t UtterlyDumb get any Class A shares ?
