Mail-in ballots take longer to process & count. It can take days.

Dude....they don't save 'mail in ballots' for last...

Depends on the state. In some, mail-in/absentee votes are counted before Election Day. But in most, they aren't. In many, counting can't begin until after the polls close. And that's why there're big dumps in the middle of the night.

I'll add that typically, military votes, which are almost all absentee, are often not counted till after Election Day. Think we should just throw 'em out?

Dude. Each state sets it's process because the feds don't set the standards. And because the states are also responsible for results that keeps them honest.

Your ballet is secret and once it gets inserted into the counter and or removed from the container envelope from mail in, there is no more matching anything to anyone. ID is to prove old enough to vote and the other parameters.

You are truly and ignorant putz. In PA they could not even start to open mail-in ballots until election day and 7 republican led counties stated they would not start to count mail-in ballots until the day after.

Oh and your truly pathetic comment about Antrim County, MI you lie. The person in charge there was a Republican. here read something about your crazy beliefs.
