It's about NASDAQ listing requirements. A company that does anything nefarious to increase the value of its stock, such as putting out hype (as per Kang-hype and Steipp-hype in the pre-Lugee days) jeopardizes it ability to get listed. Everything in the blog is the truth as Bruce knows it to be.

It's been Lugee's goal from day one to get this nag up and running again on the NASDAQ. He would never allow any activity, posts, blogs, management statements, etc., to be hyped and lessen his chances of accomplishing his re-listing goal.
