It’s been awhile since I read anything on these boards - my condolences to the family / 2020 truly has been a year many of us would probably like to forget / COVID19 has had such an impact on so many lives. I assume now Eric Fain the CEO will be running the day to day operations, probably with the help of Madeline’s late husband who consulted her, James Ware the Vice President, Jim DiPrima will remain CFO and Anthony Moarli from R.E.D will probably play a greater leadership role on the board, and RC Rodgers will be on the board of directors. I am only assuming this based security details on otc, company news, and filings.
I like many prior to me have questioned the legitimacy and motivation of some of the posts I guess everyone is entitled to a opinion even when it seems extremely personal and vindictive.
DD before investing
Seems like the company has all the right people in place to continue Madeline’s legacy of building Green Stream into a brand.
I’m not sure how her family is doing especially during the holiday season but thoughts and prayers to her family.
In my opinion DD is critical especially in times of change.
Please do your DD, seems like personal mud being thrown around and I would DD all especially when people who have passed can’t defend themselves.
Hopefully Green Steam gets an IR team to respond or at least uncover why someone would sling mud during the holidays.
