#337843 RE: thefamilyman #337832

Subpoena power was granted by a Federal Bankruptcy Court judge in New York.

Any lawyers here, or anyone with a Pacer account, can look up the filings I submitted. My name is Jay Booth, and I had standing as a shareholder in SpongeTech Delivery Systems (SPNG). As you may know, shares usually get wiped out in bankruptcy court, meaning shorts don't have to cover. The SEC and the bankruptcy Trustee agreed to revoke the shares, which needed to be approved by the judge. We argued against the agreement, and the judge ruled in our favor. I'm waiting on John Durham to finish his investigation because the Obama/Biden administration was in power at the time, and the case against SpongeTech was brought by their Attorney Generals (or Attorneys General, as someone here is likely to point out).

Case # 10-13647 (SMB)

United States Bankruptcy Court
Southern District of New York

Judge Stuart M. Bernstein
