The judge granted me subpoena power which I used to obtain Electronic Blue Sheet trading records from FINRA in that case. The company's main clearing firm, Penson Financial, was a focus of my research, and they were subsequently charged and convicted of Naked Shorting. To the shareholders here, so you don't think otherwise, I am not a lawyer, and did not hire a lawyer to help me in that case.
