Depends on how long you plan to hold a short position. Shorting at 6.50 and covering at 5.70 is a nice short and virtually risk free right now.

I essentially did the same thing by selling all of my IRA shares at 6.47 and buying them back at 5.86. I didn't get the entire move...but happy to gain a few extra thousand dollars back into the IRA for other stocks.
