Based upon previous patterns related to CCs, the likelihood of further SP erosion seems likely on Monday. In fact, I believe the announcement of the CC this week WAS the reason for the SP erosion. Why? Because this was a signal to the market that there would be no imminent updates on the release of trial data for PDD. They had to have most likely released it this week in order to have included it in their YE highlights and narrative, as well as SEC filings.

They cover during dilution...supply is higher at that point...and when they cover...the added supply makes the demand appear moderate to weak. When the dilution is over, and shorting continues we see the spike.
