i appreciated what you said Allen. It did leave some questions unanswered. INTEL and their engineers operated for 12-15 years thinking they had a patent. I see so reason why they wouldn't have used it, thinking they were covered.

The company fought very hard to maintain the patent. When they were challenged why did they just turn it over to HDVY if they weren't using it or weren't going to use it? I have trouble believing they did not use it somewhere.

alan, there are so many examples of Corporate directed fraud, cheating, etc. Not just one
individual but many in it together. I am 100% certain that it has happened at INTEL as some time.
It is virtually a certainty. You are just being Naive.
