A very mixed bag. Interesting thing is that Intel has had several years to react to these coming changes and have still not managed to come up with a coherent response.
One question I wanted to include is the possible rise of RISC V. I sorta recall Intel working with UC-Berkeley on this even during Otellini times.
RISC V seems to be emerging as a play against ARM in some spaces. Any thoughts on Intel being able to leverage this as a defense against ARM in some client and server segments?
