That's simply untrue Lemmi. Utterly and completely untrue. As I stated in my previous response to sts, not only could the lawyers write a letter to the court attacking this egregious misconduct on the part of the defense, they were duty-bound to do so.
The positions advanced by you and sts on this issue are stunning to the say the least. I am not looking to pick a fight with anyone, but I will always champion the truth. The concept that Amarin's lawyers could not have done anything is a falsehood that needs to be forever eradicated.
And rest assured, if we ultimately have to end up suing these lawyers for legal malpractice, we will be rolling in with an expert report highlighting this negligence among roughly a dozen other bullet points of negligence.
