well I've seen some progress

USSE has found a quicker route to OTC BB status via ONYI
USSE shareholders will get 30% more shares via ONYI
New customer identified in Diversified Ethanol
USSE broadens offering from biofuel to include ethanol


would not be surprised to see some funds step in to pick up ONYI shares if merger closes.
