No, I don't think kay has any intention of turning SFOR around. They funnel any real sales of their products (thru cheap liscences and rebranding) thru their "private channel partners" of which deals are not made public because their a private company. SFOR is just a piggy banks slush fund for the CEO's.
So why would he? He makes great money from SFOR for doing nothing.
