SHMP DOES QUALIFY FOR THE CAPITAL MARKET $2 5505 b tier

No revenue required by the way! It qualifies and then some for all requirements inder that tier.

There are three ways of qualifying fir the capital market tier ...this $2 closing fee manner of qualifying does not require showing revenue at all, but is based on company value of $5 million and other factors like number of shareholders etc. with which they already way surpass the basic requirements.
