This needed an edit but I waited too long so here it is.

The families were able to mark on the main outcome measures that were improved. The Rett Syndrome Behavior Questionaire that the parents answered and also the Clinical Global Improvements Scale. The CGII that the Clinicians do. There were significant improvements with the Anavex2-73.

thanks for this summary of Dr. Hagerman at Rett Webinar. Excellent and can add that linguists tell us the written word accounts for little more than 20% of the communicative act. It cannot convey the excitement in her voice, or gestures, or the excitement and expressions in her face.

We have had some world class doctors now weigh in with much excitement about blarcamesine in PKK and Rett....and say it is making a material difference in CNN disorders thought hopeless almost.

Avxl is now a towering value proposition. The market will respond.

*I am partial (naturally) to the recent work up of an investor posted here that projects the avxl share price at a modest 2500 bucks, with a projected shares outstanding of 100 million....He said it might take a decade.

I am ok with that. He only has to be a little right, and we know it works more than a little.
