It's not the blasting out of prs that the SEC is working to fix. Besides, I'm not talking about having Miller blast out a bunch of prs. Just one pr updating shareholders on the current status of the company, so they don't have to be in the dark until at some point next year. Hell, they've been in the dark now long enough.
