OK. This is totally misleading. DBMM has all the filing in order to get pink. Only thing that's stopping it is SEC ruling. can you list what documents are missing??

It is not hard to figure out that they are hiding behind each others reasoning for why CE & pink reinstatement have remained and not acted upon here. There is a huge underlying reason, and IMVHO, it is a deep truth about the word "CORRUPTION". But that is just my very education opinion. Someone big is on the hook for the outcome. LOL>
It is most certainly not for the benefit of keeping investors safe. GO DBMM$$$$$.
