Yes. He milked everything he could from USEI and moved on. But before he moved on to BMCS, he moved on to POTG. And after he milked that ticker for all it was worth, he, you guessed it, moved on!

He'll do the same with BMCS, I imagine. His history in the OTC is incredibly poor.
