Not all Brokers are stopping trading, TD & Scotia (Canada) generally reviews yearly so they stop trading & review again when required. It takes 1 simple email to them if $DBMM trades properly again.

Been there before. Only thing is it makes almost impossible to buy so float gets completely locked and price goes crazy with any news...
