Yeah but what it says to me is what they actually SAID.. That they're 170M in the red- broke, have no income, no employees, no assets, AND that most likely the future holds EVEN MORE DILUTION for CURRENT stock holders.. There's not much hope in the future from any of that. The only thing they seem to be looking foward to is hoping that some other company will buy them out or merge. It's possible, but why would another company want to buy a company that owns nothing , has no income stream and their only real income as of right now, is raising money from diluting billions of shares which eventually will end in nothing but an R.S. ?
