They need to keep diluting to keep the doors open. They are not cancelling the RS. After the RS, once they tap out the AS, they will raise the AS to allow further dilution. Pretty standard strategy.

i do not want the RS to be cancelled A/S and O/S is reducing with an equal ratio sop nothing has changed except ABCE IS GIVING US A TINY FLOAT AND UPCOMING CATALYSTS IMO 1000% GAINS 10 BAGGER COMING
